Eating bath toys...fewer calories than crayons (Ever).

Crazy Wee Littles. In Zumba we dance to a song called the Cha Cha Slide- it's like an upbeat song that gives directional moves- anyway, Kovi and Ever love it. Kovi calls it The Funky.
"Dada I want to do The Funky, k?"
So he's is learning the moves, slide to the left, slide to the right, everybody clap your hands... and out of nowhere, here comes Ever sliding her feet and clapping her hands like she's known the moves all along. Crazy, smart.
Later in the evening at the dinner table we were all talking about Happy Halloweenie- the latest hot topic (others include Thomas the Train, yogurt and the underwear character of the day (and more importantly how much the character of the day hates getting pooped on). We got on the subject of costume- the kids are going as dragons made with love by Grandma Lyn- and the collaborative sounds they make. I roared and raised my hands in a very undragonlike claw thing. Ever's eyes got really big...she leveled her gaze to meet my own...and she let out the tiniest "rar" with her arms opened wide like a chubby sparrow. Cute. Stinkin. Cute, Man.
This is mostly how we spend our days... uncontrolled crazy peppered with certain hilarity. Exhaustingly Awesome.
