Lumpkin, Sumpkin, Diddle, Diddle, Punkin

Nivens Farm, Moore, SC
Fulfilling all your pumpkin, apple-picking, baby animal awwing needs since, like, before there was TV

This is Wilbur the baby piglet (hmm, redundant me thinks). He was very cute and very hungry, never having looked up from his bowl.

This is Bubba, the mooing, tongue-happy baby cow. She was quite friendly and inspired a circle of moo-talk whenever anyone got near her pen.

Bubba from the back. We moved on to the other animals shortly after this picture... Woog was concocting a plan to become roomies with Bubba.

Donkey, the goat chaser.

Holy Baby Cow- everyone is looking at the camera! We sat inside the tepee, or TV as it was referred to by Woog.

Ever's Great Pumpkin and Kovi's Great Escape

Another one of Woog's earthly delights... he loves him some tractor

Pumpkin perching

and pumpkin cheese.

The Woog chose his own pumpkin this year and later told me that Abby Cadabby 'make it.'

The Chosen One.

Grandma's pick.

Ever likes the round ones because they seem so familiar.

The silliest pumpkin.

She liked having her foot atop the pumpkins as if to proclaim, "I claim you in the name of Puff Puff, the world's most perfect snack food."

Eh, pumpkins, schmumpkins.
Our very own Bubba and Wilbur.

Up in the air and up with the hair. Kovi loved this bounce contraption so much that Big Daddy will be put to work making one.

The First Tractor Ride...momentous (with a slightly diesly aftertaste).

Bird-beaking.

He was very excited to sit in the tire, "I so happy," Woog squealed with a tone that only other secret tractor lovers could appreciate.

Woog 'found' this working tractor not working and decided he'd like to check it out...with some booster assistance from Papa Jeff. He tried to drive it straight off, wiggling the shifter and turning the wheel. When he began tilling the fields with surprising accuracy, Papa Jeff thought it prudent to remove the boy lest he oust some hardworking farmer from his duties.

Woog's beloved.

Wheel well of old tractor = total happiness of one little Little.

Our hay ride just began and the two were under the spell of the rumbling tractor. "It be bumpy," Woog explained.

Grandma has a busy work schedule and wasn't able to make the Sky Top apple-picking event, so the following day half of the grands took her to Nivens Farm.
A fun-filled day ensued complete with baby animals, pumpkin picking, hay rides and serious playtime.
After all that farm-fresh air, two tired baby's played the magical snoring game all the way home.
